▪︎ Please make sure to inspect the package only after receiving it from the courier and completing payment.

● Returns & Exchanges

▪︎ You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

▪︎ To be eligible, the product must be:

In perfect condition

Returned with original packaging and accessories

▪︎ Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

▪︎ If the item has a manufacturing issue, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

▪︎ Once approved, our courier partner will arrange collection of the item.

▪︎ Items purchased during special offers or discounts of 40% or more may not be eligible for return or exchange due to limited availability.

▪︎ Exchange requests can be processed one time only per order.
